Answer: that depends. If I'm off work and at the computer, I probably have a tab open to this site and will be returning clicks. If I'm working, sleeping or otherwise busy, clicking falls considerably down the priority list. Long story short: I don't do mad clicking sprees every day anymore, and if I'm not here, I'm not here.
Nobody reads these anymore, I think. I know I don't even look at who's clicked or how many, I just hit "open pokemon," click 'em all and call it a day. I also click the already-clicked list throughout the day whenever I'm on.
Completed Celebi exploration on 9/24/10, and was number 358 to do so.
Got the 39th shiny Hitomoshi on 1/23/11
Got a random shiny Spearow earlier in the month (didn't check the date)
Also completed Celebi for the second time and found a Lugia egg in the shelter. January has been a good month for me.
2/1/11: First treasure chest ever! Successfully summoned a Kyogre.
